| Shipping: Orders placed online Monday through Friday before 12:00 p.m. EST are processed that same day. Orders placed online Saturday and Sunday or after 12:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be processed the NEXT business day. Orders generally ship within 24 hours of processing.
All orders ship via UPS Ground. Expedited shipments are available. To choose expedited shipments, follow these steps:
- On the first screen check the blue box at the bottom "Use a different Shipping Address" and then click Continue.
- In the new window, type the desired ship-to address---even if it is the same address typed in the 1st window.
- Select the option from the drop-down menu.
- Click continue
Backorders: Twin Sisters Productions will charge shipping on backordered items. If you order product from Twin Sisters Productions that is not in stock, it will ship to you when it comes in as a separate shipment. Standard shipping charges will apply.
Future orders: If you order NEW product from Twin Sisters Productions that is not in stock as marked on the website, it will ship to you when it comes in as a separate shipment. Standard shipping charges will apply. Exchanges: For defective or damaged goods, please contact us at 1-800-248-8946.
