| Are the owners really twins? We are asked that question often! Yes, we are fraternal twins. We finish each other's sentences, read each other's minds at times, work together each day by managing our company, and talk to each other every night! We even live in the same neighborhood! We are very close and love being twins!
How did Twin Sisters Productions get started? Kim Thompson started her career as a classroom teacher. She loved teaching first grade and would incorporate music on a daily basis. Her class would sing their spelling words, clap out rhythms, march around the room - all while learning.

Above: Karen Mitzo Hilderbrand and Kim Mitzo Thompson | Many phonemic awareness activities involve music, and she found this to be a really fun and effective way to teach. When she earned her masters degree in "Integrating the Arts into the Elementary School Curriculum,"she was convinced that music was a powerful teaching tool. Kim began teaching third grade and while becoming familiar with her new math curriculum, discovered that she would be teaching the multiplication facts. What a challenge! She knew that using music and rhythm would make it fun and easy - so that's what she did. Karen (then a project engineer) and Kim worked together and wrote "Rap With The Facts." They recorded our first album with the help of Hal Wright (now their in-house composer and arranger), and that's how it all began!"

What does "Split-track" mean? If you are able to adjust the speaker balance on your sound system, you can turn the knob to the right to hear only vocals, or you can turn the knob to the left and hear only music. You can even adjust the level of vocals versus music that you want to hear. While I was directing a children's choir, this features was really beneficial to use, becuase I was able to have just enough vocals playing to encourage my small choir to sing. This is great for performances at home, school or church. I can even be used to sing "Karaoke" at a party! - Kim Thompson, President
What is an "Enhanced Music CD"? We just introduced a new line of Enhanced CD's that include additional information and pages that can printed from any computer using the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader software. Our pages include parent guides, worksheets, activity pages and more! It just adds more value to the product, and helps us help you better educate your children. Enhanced Music CD's do not include games to be played on your computer. - Kim Thompson, President
How do I Print Music from my Enhanced CD? To locate and print the PDF documents, put the CD in your CD-Rom drive, access "My Computer" and right-click on the CD-Rom drive. Select "File Open" from the menu bar or right-click on the CD-Rom and scroll down to "Open." Three folders will appear: MAC Installer, PC Installer, and PDF. If the Adobe Acrobat Software is already installed on your computer, open the PDF folder, open the individual PDF worksheets, and print like you print any other document. If necessary, install the Adobe Acrobat Software on your computer by clicking on the appropriate installer folder.
