Preparations for the 100th anniversary celebration of the village are well underway! The world-renowned chef Monsieur Puffbello is set to cater the feast, but reluctantly must change his recipes when it’s discovered that the villagers have destroyed every fruit-bearing tree. One young boy, thought to be far too different, has a plan to save the celebration with the help of his animal friends.

- Alex - an explorer whose intentions are often misunderstood by the other villagers
- Mr. Featherbrow - Mayor of Forestville, an honest and fair leader
